The All American Storage building is a unique building, currently under construction, on Vogel Road in Evansville, Indiana . The graceful arched roofs and rhythmic columned façade raise the bar for the self storage industry. All American Storage features climate controlled units in a variety of sizes to accommodate the needs of professional clients as well as customers with temperature and humidity sensitive belongings. Traditional, non climate controlled units are available as well. In addition to the ample storage units available, PakMail will reside in the front portion of the All American Storage building. PakMail is a leader in the industry of packaging, shipping and providing small business services. Morley and Associates, Inc. handled all aspects of the project, including site design, Civil Engineering, Architectural Design and Construction Management. Curious obstacles that had to be overcome were constraints of property, timeline issues and design inhibitions. The design concept is “outside the box” for the storage industry. It is a unique facility designed to dispel the public's preconceived notions of the storage industry.
