Industrial BuildingsDesigning an industrial structure provides many different challenges, as compared to a commercial building. We must consider the need for future expansion as well as pay special attention to the client's transportation needs. Typically, these projects are performed on a much larger scale, and require extensive knowledge of the client's business process.
Graham PackagingThis 100,000 sq. ft. facility opened in early 2002. We performed a site plan, as well as a 3-D rendering, which was used as a marketing tool to bring this major company (and many jobs) to Vanderburgh County . Particularly, we designed a system which accomodated the client's needs for shipping/receiving via railroad and highway, as well as the possibility of future expansion.
PyrotekThis 70,000 sq. ft. park was opened in the spring of 2001. It was designed to provide the appearance of a wholistic building. In other words, we created a building that did not seem to seperate the offices from the shop floor. Again, we made sure to remember all the special considerations an industrial facility of this size calls for.
